My check-in experience was frustrating. The lobby is on the top level, making it inconvenient to access, especially with luggage. Communication was difficult as many staff members spoke very little English, adding to the confusion. My room was also noisy due to thin walls. I could hear people moving around easily throughout the night.

Convenient location near popular attractions.

I found the room to be spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and offered a good bathtub, which was great for relaxation after exploring. The location provided easy access to various nearby attractions and dining options. On the last day, I enjoyed the hotel shuttle service to the harbor. the bed was quite hard, which took some getting used to during my stay as I had to adjust my expectations from what I usually sleep on in London.

I recently stayed here for one night, and I loved that the rooms are spacious and well renovated – so cozy and clean! The casino downstairs is a fun bonus, but the bed was a bit too firm for my taste.
